A: Promotional products are any item imprinted with a logo or slogan and given out to promote a company, organization, product, service, special achievement or event. T-shirts, mugs, pens and key tags are popular examples, and just about anything can be imprinted.

Q: How big is the promotional products industry by way of sales?
A: The promotional products industry is growing and evolving all the time. According to the most recently available data from the Advertising Specialty Institute, gross annual sales for the promotional products industry amounted to $17.4 billion in 2010, a 9% increase over 2009 sales figures. Obviously, this business is more than swag and trinkets.

Q: How long has Omaha Promos been in business?
A: The company's roots go back to 1923 when Denise's great-grandfather began printing calendars in the basement of his home. Since that time, the company has changed hands three times, remaining family owned and operated to this day. Omaha Promos is believed to be the longest tenured promotional products distributor in the greater Omaha metro.

Q: What's the minimum quantity for screen-printing?
A: 25 pieces. 

Q: What's the minimum quantity on embroidery?
A: 12 pieces.

Q: What sort of artwork do I need for screen-printing or embroidery?
A: Artwork needs to be vector line art with all text converted to outlines, curves or paths. We can accept Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, EPS or PDF files, in Macintosh or Windows format.

Q: How long does it take for me to get my order once I place it?
A: Production time on most orders is 5-7 business days after artwork is approved (we'll supply you with a proof to approve before moving forward on your order).

Q: What is your guarantee on products or garments I buy from Omaha Promos?
A: We don't have a catchy way of saying this, so we'll just say it: if in the unlikely event something about your order fails to meet expectations, we fix it. Period.
